Since 1956, E.S.S. has upheld a legacy of excellence in the sacred restoration of church interiors throughout the Midwest. Founded by our uncle Michael A. Wendt, carried forward by Don A. Wendt in 1989, and soon to be entrusted to the next generation Alex E. Wendt alongside our longstanding colleague Cliff D. Foth, our work honors tradition, beauty, and spiritual resonance. We specialize in time-honored techniques including plaster restoration, architectural painting, ecclesiastical artwork, statuary refinishing, altar restoration, liturgical color design, and integrated interior concepts.
